The pool is accessed by electronic key card. Please fill out the Pool Contract to have your key card activated. Also, make sure you are familiar with the new Pool Rules (shown below).
POOL RULES
1. You must have a valid working pool key card and a valid driver’s license to enter the pool area. This includes all residents and guests. Exceptions are minor children that enter with 18 year old adult.
2. Only residents and their accompanied guests are allowed use of the pool. Limit to four guests per household. Other Residents are not considered guests.
3. The pool is open from 9:00 AM-9:00 PM.
4. In the event of lightning or thunder, the pool and pool area will close immediately.
5. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
6. No diving is allowed in the pool.
7. No unruly conduct, including dunking, running, pushing, etc. is allowed in the pool area. Profanity is not allowed and violators will be removed.
8. No glass bottles or containers are allowed in the pool area.
9. Clothing other than swimwear may not be worn in the pool.
10. Drinking and eating are not allowed in the pool. Smoking and drinking alcohol are not allowed in the pool area.
11. Untrained children are required to wear swim diapers beneath swimsuits while in the pool.
12. Persons with infections, cuts, open sores or blisters or communicable diseases shall not use the pool.
13. Unattended solo bathing is prohibited.
14. Bathers shall shower before entering the pool and after using the restroom.
15. No animals allowed in pool area.
16. No spitting, spouting of the water or blowing the nose in the swimming pool.
17. Please keep all pool furniture on deck around pool area.
18. There is a $25 fee for a replacement key.
19. The phone at the pool is to be used for 911 Emergency calls only.
20. The pool area is not a place to loiter, you must be swimming, sun bathing, or be 18 supervising a minor swimming.
